General support: support@padelout.co.uk
Padel Out provides padel facilities and related services, including padel courts, a gym, Pilates, junior activities, events and tournaments, and a café. Padel Out may introduce additional services and facilities from time to time.
Opening Hours and Availability
Padel Out is generally intended to operate seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
Opening hours may vary because of public holidays, maintenance, repairs, private events, emergencies, operational requirements or other circumstances.
Court, class, gym, café and other facility availability is subject to bookings, capacity and operational availability. Opening during particular hours does not guarantee that every service or facility will be available throughout those hours.
The café, sauna, steam room and other facilities or services described as forthcoming will become available only when Padel Out confirms that they are operational.
Padel Courts and Bookings
Padel Out currently provides 9 panoramic padel courts.
Padel court bookings are made through Playtomic. Customers are responsible for reviewing the booking details, price, cancellation conditions and other applicable terms displayed when making the booking.
Current court prices are displayed through the applicable booking system and may change from time to time.
Each court booking is limited to a maximum of 4 players, unless Padel Out expressly permits otherwise.
The person making a booking is responsible for the booking and for ensuring that everyone in their group complies with these Terms and Padel Out’s rules.
3.1 Booking Times
Customers should arrive in sufficient time to prepare for their session.
If a customer arrives late, the booking will still finish at the originally booked end time. Late arrival does not entitle the customer to extend the booking or receive additional playing time.
3.2 Cancellations and Refunds
Padel court booking cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the booking through Playtomic and/or Padel Out.
Playtomic currently provides that the club’s cancellation policy determines whether a reservation can be cancelled and refunded. Customers should therefore review the cancellation conditions shown when making their booking.
Where Playtomic processes a refund, the timing and method of the refund may be determined by Playtomic and the relevant payment provider.
3.3 Booking Changes and Transfers
Requests to change a Padel booking should normally be made through Playtomic where the platform permits the change.
A booking may not be transferred to another person without Padel Out’s approval.
Padel Out may impose reasonable restrictions on excessive, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise improper booking activity.
3.4 No-Shows
No-shows are subject to the applicable Playtomic and/or Padel Out no-show policy.

Pilates sessions require advance booking.
Pilates bookings are made and administered through Momence, subject to the applicable Momence and Padel Out booking, cancellation and refund conditions.
Where a cancellation or refund is controlled by Momence, the applicable Momence policy will apply.
Specific Pilates sessions may have their own participation, capacity or eligibility requirements.

If a rented racket is lost or damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, the customer may be required to pay the reasonable full replacement cost.
Racket rental is subject to availability and Padel Out may impose reasonable rental limits.
Junior Activities and Children
Padel Out provides junior padel coaching and children’s activities.
A parent or legal guardian must provide any required consent for a child to participate.
Outside a scheduled supervised junior coaching session or other supervised children’s activity, the parent or guardian remains responsible for the child.
During a scheduled supervised junior coaching session, the child is under the supervision of the relevant Padel Out coaching staff for the duration of that session.
Junior coaching bookings, cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable Playtomic policy and any specific conditions for the activity.

Event-specific terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
Padel Out may refuse or restrict participation where a person does not meet applicable eligibility, capacity, safety, age, skill-level or other event requirements.
The standard Padel Out conduct and safety rules also apply during events.
If Padel Out cancels or significantly changes an event, it may provide an appropriate refund, alternative arrangement or other remedy depending on the circumstances and the applicable event terms.
Where prizes or other rewards are offered, the applicable details and conditions will be communicated for the relevant event.

The Padel Out café is intended to provide food and drinks when operational.
Café menu items are subject to availability and may change.
